3. How to Initiate a Return

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. In such cases, Wifi Kart will cover the shipping cost.

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, particularly for items that are returned with signs of use, missing packaging, or missing components. Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Please ensure your return is complete and in like-new condition to avoid any restocking charges.

At this time, Wifi Kart does not offer free return shipping for international orders. International customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all international returns to ensure the safe arrival of your package.

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items or items purchased during promotional events may not be refunded or may only be eligible for store credit. Please review the terms of the sale before purchasing.
